Changing your mind

If you are in the UK or EU you can cancel your order and return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at boringf80@gmail.com before the 14 days end, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them. You pay the cost of returning them unless the item is faulty.

We refund the item price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of getting the item back, to the original payment method.

Custom and made-to-order items

Items made to your design, such as custom air fresheners, cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email boringf80@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, including the return postage.

Magnets

Neodymium magnets are strong and can chip if they snap together. Damage caused by misuse is not covered. Read the care note on the product page.
